Active Content not enabled?
Active content is content that relies on either ActiveX controls or computer code called a script to work properly. The main structure of navigation on this site uses fly-in menus. You need to enable active content on your browser to use this site.
Microsoft Internet Explorer will automatically block the fly-in menus (or active content). At the top of the window this message will apear:
"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options..."
To allow the page to run scripts and ActiveX controls on your computer, follow the steps below:
- Click the Information Bar.
- Click Allow blocked content .
